1. Learned Advocate Mr. Gaurav S. Thummar has instruction to appear on behalf of the respondent No.2.
2. This application is filed by the applicant for condoning the delay of 167 days caused in filing the present Criminal Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 17.05.2024 passed in Special (POCSO) Case No.292 of 2022 by Special Judge, POCSO Court and 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Surat.

3. Learned advocate for the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay in pleadings and delay of 167 days being not inordinate delay, the same may be condoned.
