2. This application is filed by the applicant for condoning the delay of 90 days caused in filing the present Criminal Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 28.10.2024 passed in Special POCSO Case No.64 of 2022 by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.20 at Ahmedabad City.
