1. This application is filed for condoning the delay of 01 day caused in filing the present Criminal Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 28.11.2024 by the Sessions Judge, Valsad in Sessions Case No.58 of 2019.
2. Learned advocate for the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay in pleadings and delay of 01 day being not inordinate delay, the same may be condoned.
