1. This application has been filed for condoning the delay of 85 days caused in filing the captioned Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 25.10.2024 passed by the learned 11th Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Rajkot in Sessions Case No. 163 of 2023.
2. Considering the averments made in the application and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant to condone the delay caused in filing the appeal.
