1. When we have pointed out to learned advocate Mr. Nisarg N.Jain appearing for the applicant that the application is bereft of any provisions of law of Contempt of Courts Act under which the applicant is seeking action against the respondent authorities for violation of judgment of the Supreme Court in case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in 2014 (8) SCC 273.

2. At this stage, learned advocate Mr. Nisarg Jain seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a view to file afresh containing the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

3. Permission as prayed for is granted. The present application is disposed of as withdrawn reserving such liberty.
