ORAL ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notice dated 05.04.2025 has been issued in respect of Shop No.1, which is contrary to the judgment in Regular Civil Appeal No.78 of 2019.
The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that the notices dated 06.11.2024 and 05.04.2025 impugned in the present petition are faulty and that the respondent No.3 has decided to withdraw the said notices and the same shall be withdrawn within a short time. She submits upon instructions that the fresh notices for the concerned portions in terms of the judgment in Regular Civil Appeal No.78 of 2019 shall be issued to the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid statements, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Special Civil Application. Permission is granted. The Special Civil Application is accordingly dismissed, as withdrawn.
