Heard learned advocate Mr. Ketan A. Dave for the petitioners. He would submit that due to inadvertence on the part of the petitioners, instead of filing Civil Revision Application under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, against impugned judgment and decree passed by the trial Court, present writ application has been filed.

So, in view of aforesaid, under the instructions of his client, learned advocate Mr. Dave seeks permission to withdraw this writ application.

Permission is granted, as sought for with liberty to file Civil Revision Application. Registry to return back certified copy of impugned application and order thereon with relevant documents submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner keeping xerox copy of the same.
