1. This application is filed by the applicant for condoning the delay of 41 days caused in filing the present Criminal Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 26.11.2024 passed in Sessions Case No.17 of 2021 by the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Rajkot at Dhoraji.

2. Learned advocate for the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay in pleadings and delay of 41 days being not inordinate delay, the same may be condoned.

3. Learned advocate for respondent No.2 has not seriously objected to the condonation of delay.
