2. This application is filed for condoning delay of 38 days caused in preferring the Appeal against the judgment and order dated 21-11-2024 passed by 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Kheda at Nadiad in Sessions Case No.114/2021.

3. Learned Advocate for the applicant has taken this Court to the reasons mentioned in Para-3 to 8 of the Application memo giving reasons for the delay and delay of 38 days not being inordinate delay, the same may be condoned.
