2. This application is filed for condoning delay of 41 days caused in preferring the Appeal against the judgment and order dated 27-11-2024 passed by 5th Additional Sessions Judge, and Special POCSO Judge, Mahesana in Special POCSO Case No.41 of 2024.

3. Learned Advocate for the applicant has taken this Court to the reasons mentioned in Para-2 to 7 of the Application memo giving reasons for the delay and delay of 41 days not being inordinate delay, the same may be condoned.
