1. Mr. Sikander Saiyed, learned advocate for the applicant submits that during pendency of present proceedings, the learned City Sessions Court, Ahmedabad City has passed judgment and order on 15.02.2025 in Sessions Case No.345 of 2021 and acquitted the applicant-accused.
In view of the above stated development took place in the matter, the learned advocate for applicant submits that the present application has become infructuous as cause does not survive.
2. Permission as prayed for is granted. This application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
