1. The present First Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 22.10.2024 passed by learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (Auxi), Gandhidham, District- Kutchh in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.176 of 2020.

2. Heard learned advocate Mr. H.S. Munshaw for the appellant.

3. The learned Tribunal has after considering the arguments of the learned advocates for the respective parties awarded compensation of Rs.10,000/- with interest at the rate of 9%.
