1. Mr.Asit Joshi, learned Advocate submitted that the captioned appeal is directed against the judgment dated 31.03.2014 whereby the family suit filed by the appellant has been dismissed. It is submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have almost settled the dispute. Necessary application seeking divorce with mutual consent has been filed. Mr.Joshi, learned Advocate has tendered the withdrawal purshis on affidavit indicating the steps taken by the appellant. In view thereof, Mr.Joshi, seeks permission to withdraw the captioned appeal.

2. Mr.PB Khambholja, learned Advocate confirms the aspect and states that there is no objection if the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.
