1. Present application is filed to restore the Second Appeal No. 2213 of 2025.
2. By an order dated 20.02.2025, this Court had granted two weeks time to the applicant failing which the matter shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. The learned advocate for the applicant has stated at para 2, 3 and 4, the reasons for non-removal of the office objection. One of the reasons that have been mentioned is that a certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 20.09.2018 was not available, therefore, the office objection could not be removed.
