ORAL ORDER
1. The present application is filed to condone the delay of 309 days in filing the Civil Revision Application.
2. Learned advocate for the applicant stated that as he waited till final outcome of the appeal and some time was consumed for preparation of the certified copies of the judgment and decree and therefore the revision application could not be filed.
3. Learned advocate has stated the reasons at para nos.2, 3 and 4 of the application.
4. Considering the averments made in the application, the delay is sufficiently explained and delay of 309 days is hereby condoned.
