Today, learned advocate for the applicant tenders copy of judgment dated 15.07.2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahesana in Criminal Appeal No.81 of 2009 dismissing the said appeal pending the present criminal revision application, which is taken on record.
In view of the above, present criminal revision application stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is hereby discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier stands vacated forthwith.
