                               ORAL ORDER

1. This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and order of acquittal dated 20-07-2004 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Himmatnagar in Criminal Appeal No. 34/2001 reversing the judgment and order of the conviction dated 20-10-2001 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Himmatnagar convicting respondent No.2 for the offense punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. 3. This appeal is pending since 2009 and no one represented the appellant-original complainant.
