1. Heard advocates appearing for the respective parties.

2. The appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 05/07/2008 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main), Ahmedabad Rural in MACP No.515 of 1998 whereby the learned Tribunal has granted the compensation of Rs.1,20,400/-

3. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. The appeal, accordingly, is disposed of. Notice of admission is discharged. Interim relief, if any, shall stand vacated.

4.
