1. Learned advocate Mr.Hardik Dave places on record the death certificate of applicant - deceased Jitendrabhai Ramanbhai Chaudhari. Copy of the death certificate of applicant is taken on record.
2. 3. Accordingly, the present Revision Application is abated. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
