                              ORAL ORDER

1. Learned advocate Mr.Shukla places on record the copy of the death certificate of applicant of Criminal Revision Application No.420 of 2015 viz. deceased Laxmansinh @ Ramtusinh Babarsinh Fulsinh Parmar issued by the Registrar Birth and Death Registration, Mu.Raniya, Tal.Thasra, Dist.Kheda.

2. Learned APP has verified the death certificate produced by the learned advocate for the applicant.

3. This revision application is preferred by the applicant challenging the judgment and order of the conviction passed by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Nadiad dated 10.07.2015 whereby the learned Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Wed Oct 04 20:35:40 IST 2023 NEUTRAL CITATION R/CR.RA/420/2015 ORDER DATED: 29/09/2023 undefined Sessions Judge, Nadiad quashed and set aside the order of acquittal dated 15.07.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dakor and convict an order to undergone the sentence of 3 years Simple Imprisonment for offences under Section 332 read with Section 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As it transpires from the death certificate that the sole applicant of Criminal Revision Application No.420 of 2015 viz. deceased Laxmansinh @ Ramtusinh Babarsinh Fulsinh Parmar, is died and, therefore, this revision application requires to be abated. Accordingly, the present Revision Application is abated. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
