ORAL ORDER
When arguments began, it is pointed out that Regular Civil Suit No.69 of 2017 is at the stage of leading evidence of plaintiff.
In this circumstances, there is broad consensus arrived between the learned advocates for both the parties that let there be expedite hearing of the Regular Civil Suit No.69 of 2017. Request is acceded to.
Learned Trial Court shall hear and decide the Regular Civil Suit No.69 of 2017 as early as possible preferably within 4 months from the date of receipt of Writ of this order without being influenced by the order passed below Exh.5 or judgment in Appeal from Order or disposal of this petition.
In view of above, present petition is disposed of.
