ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned Advocate for the appellant.
2. This Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 03.10.2019 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi.), Panchmahals at Halol in M.A.C.P. No.2113 of 2017 (Old M.A.C.P. No.707 of 2013) for the compensation granted of Rs.57,780/-, which is less than Rs.1,00,000/-.
3. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal.
