1. Rule. Learned APP, waives service of notice of rule for Respondent-State of Gujarat.
2. The present application has been filed for condoning the delay of 347 days in filling Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order dated 02.08.2022 passed by the 4 th Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) in Sessions Case No.01 of 2018.
3.
