ORAL ORDER
The captioned application seeks to condone the delay of 470 days caused in preferring the captioned appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court.
Though served, none has appeared for the other side.
Having heard the learned AGP for the applicant and considering the averments made in the application, more particularly, paragraph 3.1 to 3.19 without delving into the merits of the case and by taking a liberal approach following the principle of substantial justice, delay of 470 days caused in preferring the captioned appeal is condoned.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
