1. Heard learned Advocates for the respective parties.

2. This Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 30.04.2019 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special), 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Rajkot in M.A.C.P. No.447 of 2014 for the compensation granted of Rs.1,04,000/-.

3. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. The appeal, accordingly, is disposed of.
