1. Mr. N.V. Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to press the application for withdrawal of the writ petition on the premise that a settlement has been arrived at between the respondent Nos.4 to 6 viz. the complainant and other accused persons and in view thereof, the writ petition viz. 2. Mr. A.R. Shah, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5 / complainants would submit that the complainants have no objection to the withdrawal of the writ petition seeking to challenge the order passed by the competent authority, inasmuch as a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and the writ petition filed by other accused has been disposed of by this Court by judgment and order dated 1.8.2023, noted hereinabove.
3. As the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the claim made by petitioner, we permit the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn. Interim relief, if any, stands discharged. Pending application would not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
