CONCILIATION ORDER
1. Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. 09/09/2023 undefined quashed, which is the subject matter to challenge of this application.
2. In view of the fact that the dispute is of the private nature, learned APP does not have any objection if the impugned orders are quashed and set aside.
3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and in view of the fact that now the original complainant does not want to continue with the proceedings, the judgment and order dated 22.12.2022 passed in Criminal Case No.1914 of 2019 is hereby quashed and set aside.
5. In view of the aforesaid, present application is disposed of.
6. Since present application is disposed of, if any amount, lying with the Sessions Court, be disbursed in favour of the original accused.
7. The applicant is directed to deposit 5% of the cheque amount with the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
Direct Service is permitted.
