In view of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh, 2008 (2) SCC 409, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw present application with a liberty to file private complaint under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the concerned Court.
The permission, as prayed for, is granted. Present application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
