                          COMMON ORAL ORDER

1. The above Appeals arises out of common award passed by the MACT (Aux.) Navsari, they are being disposed of by this common judgment.

2. The insurance company-appellants being dissatisfied with the quantum of compensation have filed the present appeals, against the common judgment and award dated 04.08.2006, passed by the MACT (Aux.), Navsari.

3. This Court has heard learned counsel Mr. Adil Mirza and Mr. Amit Thakkar for the respective parties.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and on perusal of the impugned order, the issue falls for my consideration is whether judgment and award of the tribunal needs any interference?

5. Upon careful reading of the findings recorded by the tribunal on the issue of negligence and quantum, this Court is of considered view that, the amount of compensation awarded in the impugned award and judgment is just, reasonable and proper. In such circumstances, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the award impugned and therefore, the above appeals are dismissed being devoid of any merits by upholding the award passed by the tribunal. The award be drawn accordingly.
