1. Rule. Though the original copy of the affidavit is produced on record of this application as per submission of learned advocate for the applicant, but somehow original copy of the same is not available on the record. Registry to verify about the same.
2. Respondent No.2 - Girishbhai Raghuvirprasad Agrawal, who has affidavit the affidavit dated 31.8.2023 is personally present before this Court today.
3. Hence, in light of the above and in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Gian Singh v. 5. The impugned F.I.R. C.R. No.I 84 of 2018 registered with Sarkhej Police Station, Ahmedabad and consequential proceedings arising pursuant to the impugned F.I.R. are hereby quashed and set aside.
Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
