ORAL ORDER
1. Learned advocate Mr. Malav M. Mulani for the petitioner has supplied the judgment dated 08.09.2023 passed by the Principal Civil Judge, Bhabhar in Regular Civil Suit No.18 of 2010, whereby the suit of the plaintiff is dismissed and the counter-claim of the defendant is partly allowed. The said judgment and order is taken on record.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that in view of the said order, both the petitions do not survive.
3. In view of the aforesaid facts, both the applications are disposed of as having become infructuous.
4. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier stands vacated.
