                                  ORAL ORDER

1. This is a successive application for regular bail after charge-sheet in connection with the complaint being FIR No.11210015220088 registered with DCB Police Station, Surat City under sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120B, 34 and 114 of IPC.

2. Heard learned advocate for the applicant.

3. It appears from the record that earlier the applicant had preferred Criminal Misc. Application No.21166 of 2022 before this Court for regular bail and the said application was rejected vide order dated 01.12.2022 by way of a reasoned order. No.718 of 2023. The said S.L.P. was dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 23.01.2023. For ready reference, the said order dated 23.01.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court is reproduced hereunder;

"We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court, at this stage. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of."

4. Today, before this Court, no fresh ground/s has been shown by the applicant for entertaining the present application for regular bail after charge-sheet. Hence, the application is rejected.
