(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE UMESH A. TRIVEDI) Mr. Vibhuti Nanavaty, learned advocate for the appellant submits that in view of decision in the case of National Insurance Company Limited v. Pranay Sethi reported in 2017 (3) GLH 536, judgment and award passed by the Tribunal requires no interference and awarded amount is just and proper, and thus he submits that this appeal be dismissed.
