ORAL ORDER
1. By way of present petition, the petitioner herein has prayed for the following reliefs:
"A. To allow this petition;
B. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or
direction directing the Respondent No.1 to expeditiously complete the hearing and deliver the judgment in the appeal No.37 of 2020. C. Pending admission, final hearing and disposal of this petition, to stay the execution of order dated 06.02.2020 passed by Respondent No.2 at Annexure - B.
D. To pass such other and further order/s as deemed fit, just and proper by this Hon'ble Court."
2. Advocate Notice though served, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter has been adjourned from time to time for the petitioner to be represented by the learned advocate. 3. Mr. Manish R. Raval, learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.3, submitted that the prayers, as prayed for by the petitioner wherein, the petitioner has prayed for a direction qua the respondent No.1 to expeditiously complete the hearing and deliver the judgment in the Appeal No.37 of 2020 before the RERA Tribunal, stand satisfied. Mr. Raval, learned advocate, has tendered a copy of the Notice dated 20.09.2023 wherein, it is stated that the said appeal is fixed for hearing on 26.09.2023. The copy of said Notice dated 20.09.2023 is taken on record.
4. Considering the aforesaid Notice dated 20.09.2023 placed on record by Mr. Manish R. Raval, learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.3, the present petition stands disposed of considering the fact that the prayers as prayed for by the petitioner herein stand satisfied and the Tribunal is available.
5. Notice stands discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
