Considering the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicant and the avernments made in the application, the delay of 60 days in filling Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order dated 05.06.2023 passed by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Amreli in Sessions Case No.34 of 2012, deserves to be condoned.

4. The present application is allowed. The delay of 60 days caused in filling Criminal Appeal is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
