When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the applicant has tendered the judgment dated 12.8.2022 passed in C.C. No.43 of 2019 by the 5 th Addl. Sessions Judge, Deesa, which is taken on record.
In view of the above, learned advocate for the applicant, on receiving instructions from his client, submits that matter has become infructuous as proceedings of criminal case is over and therefore, he does not press this application.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as not pressed. Notice stands discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier stands vacated.
