ORAL ORDER
Mr Nikul K. Soni, learned advocate for the petitioner, in view of the judgment of this Court in the case of Bhavna Amit Pathakji vs. Amit Manavantchandra Pathakji reported in 2007 (0) AIJEL-HC 220958, seeks conversion of Civil Revision Application into Second Appeal. It is also submitted that the Civil Revision Application, is filed within limitation and that there is no delay caused in preferring the Civil Revision Application and therefore, the conversion be permitted.
2. In view of the above, Civil Revision Application, is permitted to be converted into Second Appeal. The petitioner, to provide the copy of memo of Second Appeal together with substantial questions of law along with Civil Application (for Stay). Registry, is directed to take necessary steps, accordingly.
