Pandya, learned advocate for the applicants submitted that the captioned revision application is arising out of the order dated 26.02.2020 passed below Exhibit 18 in Regular Civil Suit no.2 of 2017. It is submitted that the Regular Civil Suit no.2 of 2017, has now been rejected by the learned Additional Civil Judge, Anjar, Kuchchh vide judgment dated 13.09.2023. The said judgment is directed to be taken on record.
