Learned APP has placed on record the judgment dated 9.1.2023 passed in Special Session Case No.7 of 2020 (Atrocity) by the learned 3 rd Addl. Sessions Judge & Special Judge, (Atrocity) Panchmahals at Halol, which is received from the parties concerned and has also tendered the report received from the concerned Police Station, which is also taken on record.

Although learned advocate for the applicant has filed sick note, considering the aforesaid, prayers made in the present application would not survive and the present application has become infructuous.
