"The appeal, therefore is allowed. The judgment and order recording conviction and sentence dated 03.01.2020 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge and Special Pocso Judge, Kheda at Nadia in Special POCSO Case No. 77 of 2019 is set aside. The appellant shall be released forthwith, if not required in any other offfence. Bail and bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled. Record and proceedings be returned forthwith."
