(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE N.V.ANJARIA) When learned advocate Mr. H. S. Munshaw for the appellant was confronted with the query as to whether the order dated 19.7.2022 passed in group of petitions impugned in the captioned Letters Patent Appeal, was subject matter of challenge before the co-ordinate Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No. 724 of 2023 and allied appeals, in which the issue arising out of the order of learned single Judge came to be decided as per judgment dated 11.8.2023, learned advocate was entirely at his receiving end. 2. In the above view, it is provided and directed that the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the said common judgment and order dated 11.8.2023 passed by the co-ordinate Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No. 724 of 2023.
3. The Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of.
Civil Application for stay does not survive in view of disposal of the Letters Patent Appeal. It accordingly stands disposed of.
