                               ORAL ORDER

By way of present Criminal Revision Application, the applicant has prayed to quash and set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 30/09/2016 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.4 of 2015 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Anand.

Mr. Meet Raval, learned advocate for Mr. M. M. Tirmizi, learned advocate for the applicant submits that the matter is amicably settled between the parties and respondent no.2 wife and respondent no.3 minor child is residing with the applicant and respondent no.2 tenders the affidavit of compromise and the settlement deed executed between them on the stamp paper on record.

In the affidavit of respondent no.2, it is stated by respondent no.2 that she has no objection if the present revision application is disposed of in view of the settlement arrived between her and her husband.

In view of aforesaid, present Criminal Revision Application stands disposed of.

Impugned judgment and order dated 30/09/2016 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.4 of 2015 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Anand is quashed and set aside.

Rule is made absolute accordingly.
