ORAL ORDER
1. The present writ-application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the writ-applicant seeking the following reliefs :-
"A) That the Hon'ble court may be pleased to admit this SPECIAL CIVIL APPLICATION.
B) This Hon'ble court may please to issue appropriate writ, order, or direction to the respondent no. 2 to issue an amended circular in furtherance of the circular dated 10.09.23 in view of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 31.8.23 in SCA no. 5741 of 2023 in the interest of justice. at Anenxure-C Colly.

And/or D) This Hon'ble Court may please to direct to respondent no. 2 to strictly follow the judgment and order passed by this Hon'ble Court in SCA no. 2656 of 2021 interest of justice.
E) Grant such other and further relief as deemed just and proper by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice."
2. Heard Mr. Shalin Mehta, learned Senior Counsel with Mr. Nirav C. Sanghavi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Ms. Jyoti Bhatt, the learned AGP appearing for the respondent - State.
3. The respondent authorities to follow the directions as stated in the order dated 29.03.2022 passed in Special Civil Application No. 2656 of 2021.
4. With the aforesaid, the present Petition stands disposed of.
