Mr.Bhavesh Babariya, learned advocate for Mr.Tatvam Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that Special Civil Suit No.507 of 2009 pending before the trial Court at Vadodara is now heard and kept for judgment on 31.03.2023.
In view of above, he has submitted that the present petition which is arising from the interim order passed in that suit, has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as become infructuous.
