When the matter is called out, Mr. Amit Chaudhary, learned advocate appearing petitioners submits that the proceedings of Regular Civil Suit No.16 of 2021 preferred in the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijapur is disposed of vide judgment and order dated 08.02.2023 and therefore, present petition which has arisen from the Regular Civil Suit No.16 of 2021 has now become infructuous and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
