ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE N.V.ANJARIA) It was stated by learned advocate Mr. Mishra for the applicant that judgment and order of learned single Judge dated 15.7.2022 in Special Civil Application No. 14456 of 2021 was carried in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1408 of 2022, which culminated into order of Division Bench dated 16.11.2022. It is these orders which are sought to be complied with in the present proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
Learned advocate Mr. Mishra further stated that the decision of the Division Bench in the Letters Patent Appeal has been subject matter of consideration before the Apex Court.
