2. Considering the submissions made by learned AGP Mr. Dave and having regard to the averments on record, sufficient cause having been shown for condonation of delay of 498 days, the application deserves consideration.

Delay of 498 days in preferring the first appeal against judgment and award dated 04.05.2018 passed by learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Balasinor in Land Acquisition Reference Case No. 25 of 2017 is hereby condoned. The first appeal to be listed on the 08.02.2023. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
