1. Heard learned Advocate for learned Advocate for Ms. Kirti S.
Pathak for the applicant. Though served none appears on behalf of the opponents.
2. By way of this application, the applicant prays for condonation of delay of 128 days which has occurred in filing the first appeal against judgment and order passed by the Commissioner Workmen compensation, Kalol dated 28.10.2021.
3.
