ORAL ORDER
Heard learned Advocate Mr. Lalit V. Patel on behalf of the applicant, learned AGP Mr. Trupesh Kathairiya on behalf of the respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant prays for condoning delay of 25 days which has occurred in preferring First Appeal challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 29.09.2017 passed by the Adjudicating Officer, Bhavnagar in Adjudicating Application No.12/16-17 which came to be confirmed by the Presiding Officer, Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, State of Gujarat, Gandhinagar vide order dated 02.06.2022 in Appeal No.107 of 2018.
Considering the submissions made by learned Advocate Mr. Lalit V. Patel and having regard to the averments made on record, satisfactorily explanation being provided for the delay, the same is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute.
