 CORAM:HONOURABLE MS. JUSTICE GITA GOPI

                            Date : 23/02/2023

                             ORAL ORDER

1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Maulik Shelat for the appellant.

2. The appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 27.9.2019 passed by the learned MACT (Main), Botad in MACP No.69 of 2018 (Old no. MACP 559 of 2013) for the compensation granted of Rs.51,000/-, which is less than Rs.1,00,000/-.

3. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Fri Feb 24 20:57:39 IST 2023 C/FA/1352/2021 ORDER DATED: 23/02/2023 impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. The appeal, accordingly, is disposed of. Notice/Notice of admission is discharged. Interim relief, if any, shall stand vacated.

4. It is made clear that this order would have no bearing and/or shall not be considered as precedent in any of the matters connected to the accident in question vis-a-vis the impugned judgment and award.

5. Since the main appeal is disposed of, Civil Application would not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
